C.A.R.E. Says Happy Birthday!

Did you know that our church has taken the challenge to send a birthday card to EVERY North American Mission Board Missionary serving in the United States and Canada?

You are wondering...so what's the big deal?
Well, considering there are 5,600+ missionaries serving through NAMB, this is a BIG feat.

How do we do it?  Miss Joyce organizes the birthday card minsitry through our Sunday night C.A.R.E. outreach ministry.

One of the many options of serving through C.A.R.E. on Sunday nights includes stamping, coloring, writing, and decorating cards for NAMB missionaries.

If you are not an active part of C.A.R.E., follow the C.A.R.E. schedule in the bulletin and web site as to when this opportunity will be available throughout the summer.

Here is the picture of the 150 cards we sent off today in the mail.

Hopefully our mailperson wasn't too overwhelmed. 
Hopefully our missionaries are very overwhelmed.
